This SMS Privacy Policy applies to text messages sent by Summit American Services LLC in connection with our business SMS program (customer care, account/status notifications, appointment or process updates, and related service communications).

Name and optional email if you submit them on our opt-in form
Opt-in/opt-out records, timestamps, and message delivery metadata needed to operate the program
Message content you send to us (for example STOP, HELP, or a service reply)
