This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our SMS / text messaging program for small-business communications and internal AI-assisted business profiles used by Summit American Services LLC.

Information we collect

• Mobile phone numbers you provide when you opt in to receive messages
• Message content you send to us and delivery/status metadata from our messaging provider
• Contact and business information you voluntarily share related to government contracting support, account notifications, and customer care

How we use information

• To send account notifications, appointment/status updates, customer care replies, and other business messages you requested
• To operate internal AI business profiles that assist our team in serving customers (customer care / account notification style messages)
• To respond to HELP and STOP requests and maintain program compliance

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We use service providers (including Twilio) solely to deliver messages and operate our systems under contract.

Data security and retention

We take reasonable measures to protect messaging data. Message logs may be retained as needed for operations, compliance, and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed.
